Lucy is a Therapist providing Holistic and Sports Massage Therapies in Shrewsbury.
"A life threatening illness, followed by the Covid Pandemic, made me stop and think about my path in life. As a result I took a leap of faith, leaving my full time job and returning to College to retrain in Massage Therapies in 2021. Setting up my own Massage Therapy business has been an amazing journey and feels like the place I was always meant to be. I have no doubt in my mind that years of stress and worry were a huge contributing factor to my illness. To be in the position to be able to provide a service that can help ease people of their stresses and physical dysfunctions is such a privilege"

A deeply relaxing, healing modality.
Energy flows to bring the body into a state of Harmony and Balance; Emotionally, Mentally, Spiritually and Physically.
Reiki Treatments are carried out with the client lay or sat, fully clothed.
A deeply relaxing treatment. Working on all of the bodies systems, through the feet, to promote healing and balance.
Relaxing Massage using Pre-Blended essential oils. Can also incorporate a exfoliating salt back scrub if required.
Hot Stones Massage
Massage performed using Hot Basalt Stones
Indian Head Massage
Working on the Face, Scalp, Neck, Shoulders and Arms. A wonderfully relaxing treatment. Can be carried out lay down, seated or a combination of the two. Also includes a facial cleanse.
Swedish / Sports Massage
A bespoke massage using a variety of techniques and pressure to meet your requirements.
