My story
I am Lucy, a Therapist providing Holistic and Massage Therapies in Shrewsbury.
A life threatening illness, followed by the Covid Pandemic, made me stop and think about my path in life. As a result I took a leap of faith, leaving my full time job and returning to College to retrain in Massage Therapies in 2021.
Setting up my own Massage Therapy business was an amazing journey and led me onto further training in Reflexology foot massage and Reiki energy healing, where I found a deep love of helping others find peace within themselves.
I believe that the body, mind, and spirit are beautifully interconnected — when one is nurtured, all begin to heal.
Through Reiki, Massage, Reflexology, and intuitive touch, I create a space where you can soften, breathe, and come home to yourself.
Each treatment is guided by presence, intention, and the quiet wisdom of nature.
